Pot Pilot App
At-a-Glance
During my time in an Advanced UX course at Texas A&M Commerce, I spearheaded a two-month project to create Pot Pilot, a streamlined cannabis and CBD delivery app. Through research and several mapping exercises, I uncovered a rising demand for accessible cannabis products. Pot Pilot aims to fulfill this need by providing a user-friendly platform for browsing and ordering from dispensaries directly through the medium of an app. Through iterative design and user testing, I ensured the app's usability and effectiveness. The final product embodies my dedication to delivering a seamless solution for a growing market. Pot Pilot not only addresses a pressing need but also sets the stage for continued innovation in the cannabis delivery space.

Importance of Mapping
Site maps and user journey maps were essential for the Pot Pilot app as they provided a visual representation of the app's structure and user interactions. Site maps help to organize and prioritize content, ensuring a logical flow of information for users navigating the app. User journey maps allowed me to better understand the user's experience from initial interaction to task completion, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement in the user's journey.
